We collect your name and email when you subscribe to the newsletter. We may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and browsing time, for statistical and security purposes.
3. Purposes
Your data is used to: (a) send you educational content about real estate crowdlending, (b) reply to your inquiries, (c) improve the site and its content, (d) comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent given when subscribing to the newsletter and on the legitimate interest of operating and improving the site, in accordance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador (LOPDP) in force in 2026.
5. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active or a legal obligation requires it. You may request deletion at any time.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may use email, hosting and analytics service providers that act as data processors under contract.
